39.13 Fringes

On graphical displays, Emacs draws fringes next to each window: thin vertical strips down the sides which can display bitmaps indicating truncation, continuation, horizontal scrolling, and so on.

• Fringe Size/Pos		Specifying where to put the window fringes.
